Hoppy Easter Little Bunny

Claire's first Easter was a big hit! Grant said I got a little crazy and it was more like her first "Christmas" not Easter. :( He should know me better, like anything is simple when it comes to me and any holiday! If you watch Modern Family, I'm like Gloria and I celebrate everything and have anniversaries for random things!:) I was so excited I got up before Grant and Claire. Claire's favorite thing was like the cheapest thing she got.....a duck. Goodness. Easy please, shouldn't be mad right? Well of course we had to get her bunny ears and candy that she can't eat, oh and a few other things. Don't judge me, Grant said that our Easter display is embarrassing.haha IT IS HER FIRST EASTER....COME ON! Anyway here is a recap.

Good day, Happy day but I got a little carried away with the Easter Bunny thing, next year will be more spiritual and about the whole reason we celebrate Easter. That is most important, hard to do with a 4 month old.

Hey shout out to my Dad, he has lost 35 pounds! Go him. I need to be motivated like him but I think I lost my motivation and have yet to loose my baby weight......only 15 pounds to go. :( bummer. Anyway love pool days and love sharing them with our little Claire Bear.

The life of a THREE month old.....

Claire is just killin us lately, I'm starting to understand why anyone would want more than one child! :)What a blessing babies are! She is at such a fun stage. She laughs, rolls, grabs things, sits up, stands up, brings her hands together and intently stares. She may look like Grant but she is a wild one like me. She is a morning person and she hates the night. She is crazy, no stroll around the block at 25 mph, more like get me on the freeway,! Go 80!!! When she is mad, she's mad and she tells you too! No nursery rhymes, or slow songs. Her new favorite is "it's getting hot in here." I found my self singing to her in a cute voice during bath time "it's getting hot in here so take off all your clothes." Ahhh, I'm a horrible Mom for promoting this wild music.  Although she may be reckless, she is sweet, wonderful, squeezable, kissable, loving and our favorite little person!!!
