You could eat it by the spoonfuls
Oh the mixture, so tasty.
Here is the recipe for Corn Salsa:
1 can of yellow corn (Green Giant Niblets)
2 cans of white shoepeg corn (Green Giant)
1 can of black beans
1 can of black-eyed peas
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
4-5 tomatoes, chopped
2-3 avocados, chopped
Toss with one recipe of good seasons italian mixed to less oil.
Also use red vinegar for the mix.
