Eat IT up......

My Aunt Sara is a wonderful cook and this is one of my favorite recipes of hers! Salsa at it's best! Try it and you'll be addicted! Love it, had to share it!

You could eat it by the spoonfuls


Oh the mixture, so tasty.

Here is the recipe for Corn Salsa:
 1 can of yellow corn (Green Giant Niblets)
2 cans of white shoepeg corn (Green Giant)
1 can of black beans
1 can of black-eyed peas
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
4-5 tomatoes, chopped
2-3 avocados, chopped

Toss with one recipe of good seasons italian mixed to less oil.
Also use red vinegar for the mix.
